Huckleberry Flambe

Ingredients (for 2)

½ Lb. Huckleberries
1 Tsp. Unsalted Butter
2 Tsps. White Sugar
Grand Marnier and 150 proof Rum (optional)
Hagen Das vanilla ice cream


Melt butter in a pan.

Add sugar and stir until it melts.

Add Huckleberries and cook a few minutes

Flambe with grand Marnier and Rum

Serve over ice cream as soon as the flames are gone (or not).

My trick: Sugar on flame.
