Huckleberries Triffle

Prep Time: Approx. 15 minutes
Makes: 4 Servings


½ pound Huckleberries (Mushrooms All Year) soaked in Grand Marnier
1 cup of sponge cake diced half an inch
1 cup Vanilla flavored whipped cream
Mint leaves for decoration


In 4 large Martini glasses or so, put a spoon of Huckleberries. Top them with a layer of sponge cake and top it with whipped cream. Repeat until all ingredients are used and decorate with mint leave.
