Morel cream sauce

Cooking time: 15 Min.
Prep time: 10 Min.
Makes: 4 Servings

Ingredients

½ pound of sliced Morels
½ chopped yellow onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 glass of dry white wine
1/4 pint of heavy cream
2 Oz butter
Salt and Pepper (S&P)
1/4 cup of  Parmesan cheese
1 pound of fresh pasta, boiled, hot and strained.

Directions

1. On high heat, in a preheated large frying pan, saute onions until golden in the butter. Season     S& P. (2 Min.)
2. Add chopped Morels, garlic, and season S& P (5 Min.)
3. Add wine (1 Min.)
4. Add cream and season S& P (5 Min.)
5. Add hot freshly cooked pasta, lower the heat, stir. (2 Min.)
6. Finish the dish with Parmesan cheese and herb of choice
