2 Cloves chopped garlic
2 glass Marsala wine
½ Lb slice fresh Porcini
½ Oz dried Porcini reduced to coarse powder
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
2 Oz. butter
1 Oz. truffle butter
Salt and pepper to taste
